My thoughts regarding patient care by Ms. Lisa and her team are above and beyond the scope of their position! Ms. Lisa and the staff have been exemplary with my care, mentally and spiritually. There was never a time while under their care did I have to press the call button for help because they would always just show up and graciously extend a helping hand when dealing with my needs. Ms. Lisa always made sure that my care, as well as others, took a front seat to her needs. I have such a warm feeling about the entire staff. Ms. Lisa is truly heaven-sent. I feel that it takes a special person with faith and knowledge in their heart and that understands the complexity of both the medical and emotional needs of her patients while maintaining a persona of professionalism and people etiquette on a daily basis is who she is. Honestly, in today's society, we need people in the medical field like herself that goes above and beyond the scope of her training. Ms. Lisa is a one-of-a-kind nurse.
