My Dad came through the emergency room. He just turned 90 years old and had dehydration and pneumonia. From the moment Lisa entered his room, she was taking charge and making sure I knew everything that was taking place. She answered all of my questions in great detail so I would completely understand why things were happening. She made me feel like she really cared about my Dad. And as a scared daughter, it gave me such comfort to not only see but truly feel that she was sincere. Lisa was a godsend for me and my Dad.
