Lisa has been a nurse for 11 years. She has been working in the Geriatric Psychiatry Unit for 4 and a half years. Lisa is kind and caring and always is willing to lend an ear to her patients. She takes the time to listen and help reassure them while on the psychiatric floor. Lisa describes caring for the geriatric patient as "having a soft spot for the elderly". She feels her patients are someone's special loved one and it reminds her of caring for her own grandmother.
