Lisa Koenig has been working on 4 West since it first opened, which speaks volumes for her continued commitment to SNHMC and the unit. She is the picture of nursing at its best. She is dedicated, hardworking, and continuously striving to maintain the best outcomes for her patients and their loved ones. On any given day, you can find this RN going above and beyond her daily job requirements to not only make her patients happy, but to always see that they are well taken care of and satisfied with their experience at SNHMC. From bed baths and ADL care assistance, to feeding meals to patients, to staying after her shift to make sure every single loose end is tied up, Lisa is always there to assist with any possible need a family member or patient may have. She is the first one available if you need assistance on the unit, a moment of education, or just someone to talk to. She has an unending commitment to her patients and their families that is always commented on by those who are privileged enough to be in her care.
