Lisa Kubiak, a Pre-Op nurse at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, stayed after her shift was over to help a surgery patient's wife, who had dementia, through her husband's surgery. Lisa's nominator called her "a prime example of what a Piedmont nurse should be."
