I brought my dad into the ER with my mom. My dad had significant anxiety about having some chest pain and chest cold type symptoms. Lisa came in and was excellent at building rapport with my parents. My dad is 84 years old and she explained things so he could understand them. I watched his anxiety decrease as she cared for him. I felt she genuinely cared and projected empathy. Lisa is an excellent nurse and I have seen my share of poor nurses or ones with attitude.
