Lisa goes above and beyond for each of her patients developing a personal rapport of trust that extends to the family. She takes time out of her busy day to explain in detail their plan of care, what to expect, and when to call ask for help. She is always so pleasant and treats her patients like they are her own family members.

She is a Magnet champion chair of the AEPPC and has also served as co-chair on our UPC and PLAN council. She shares her knowledge with the staff and has obtained her OCN. She has helped me several times with my PLAN binder, I am grateful for that.

Lisa is always willing to jump in and help her coworkers to lighten their loads. She is always looking for ways to compliment other staff and encourage them to advance through the PLAN to develop a project to understand Magnet and communicate changes from leadership. She is an experienced inpatient and outpatient oncology nurse with a wealth knowledge.
