I needed a nebulizer, and Lisa called the pharmacy and the hospital to get me one, and then my breathing and coughing got worse. Lisa didn't give up. She kept in touch with me while searching and, in the meantime, made sure I was using an inhaler. She never gave up, letting me know she was on my side and would get me the help I needed. Lisa saw me through the whole process, got me the help I needed, and followed up.
