Lisa Linn is exceptional. She has taken on a secretary role for shared governance at unit level. She is passionate at patient satisfaction and is a leader to come up with ideas to improve patient satisfaction. She was instrumental in developing screensavers with pertinent information for patients. She is consistent in kindness, caring and compassion for patients and coworkers. She is always professional. She is GI certified and brings information to the unit. She is truly a leader in our department. She makes a difference by attention to detail for patient - investigating lab work or situations; conditions with physician or anesthesia. She is very much actively involved in the education of teammates with current practices.
