Lisa is the definition of patient-centric care. I receive regular iron infusions and she consistently and regularly goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs and is just a pleasure to be around during the process. I am able to get in and out quickly, painlessly, and appreciate the sense of humor, skill, and dedication she brings to her job. She is an asset to Swedish and I am deeply appreciative of her work in the Infusion Center.
