My nurse, Lisa, instantly saw and listened to how much pain and jumped into action and was a great patient advocate for me. I was able to get some relief. Her kindness, experience, and her way of, “just being”, as just an authentically great person really shines through. I told all the other staff that I had the best experience. They all knew and really respect her and totally knew that she was wonderful and knew her as soon as I said the tall blond, everybody said, “that's Lisa, she is wonderful”. I told her that her way of being can't be taught it's something you're born with. The best nurse I ever had is truly a gem of a person. Thank you for having her as a nurse. You can tell that she is so smart just by talking to her for 5 minutes. she is great! Lisa is a true professional. Thank you for making my stay great.
