Sometimes God puts people on this earth to inspire, to be compassionate, and to take kindness to a new level. That is the only way to describe Ms. Lisa. I am a 75-year-old woman, admitted through your emergency room with a gallstone that caused me to have it removed, then additionally to have my gallbladder removed. I have never stayed overnight in a hospital except to give birth to my two daughters, so let my level of apprehension was sky-high. Ms. Lisa was my night nurse, and from the moment she entered my room with her smile, her greeting, and her kindness it was like an aura around her. She knew what I was going through, and although I can only imagine the demands these beautiful nurses are under every hour of their shift, she never faltered in letting me know she was there for me. Sometimes I just needed to see someone, a smile, touch to my hand, to level my anxiety, and Lisa was my angel. Parker Adventist should know that people like Lisa make such a difference in a patient’s outlook, and outcome. Lisa Muff, you are a saint.
