Lisa went over and above providing care and support to my patient being discharged out of state with his family. She always has a smile on her face and is super helpful to the staff caring for our patients. In this situation specifically, Lisa made sure to have all the equipment provided and ready for the family to pick up upon leaving the hospital. She handled a very stressful and difficult situation with a family member with grace and professionalism. Lisa is such an amazing asset to our team and we all appreciate her hard work!
