From the moment she came into my room, I could tell that she would take very good care of me. She was very articulate in telling me what medicine she gave me. Her bedside manner was so sweet. She made me feel safe and always came when I pressed the call button. I was able to talk to Lisa about what stresses I have had this year. She was never in a hurry to leave and her personal attention to me was evident. I felt like she really loved being a nurse. Lisa was a team player and would help her colleagues with anything they asked. Thank you Lisa for the excellent care I was given while at the best hospital.
