Lisa Nelson was my night shift nurse. Night time for a patient can be difficult, especially since visiting hours for friends and family are over. Her blonde hairstyle is reminiscent of a beautiful halo. She was my angel in the night. Whenever she came to administer treatment and to check on my vitals, I don't think she could have known the depth of what her visits meant to me. Lisa felt like a lifeline during those difficult and painful nights as my body began to heal. She became my brightest light in my darkest hours.
Lisa Nelson is an extraordinary nurse who has made an enormous difference in my life. Her compassion, expert care and amazing personality made her stand out. She went above and beyond in my treatment and came up with ingenious solutions when the situation called for it. Those three days in the hospital left me feeling the best I ever had since my recovery over the next several months.
