Note to Lisa:
My family just want to take a moment to let you know what an impact you made on us, and most importantly our grandpa/father. You really helped to make the last moments of his life quality filled. You were so gentle, kind, compassionate, and treated him as if he was a family member to you. We feel you stood by his side and really became a patient advocate for his well-being. You truly demonstrate what it means to be a great nurse. You also represent the Mission of SSM Health. Our grandpa/father was a very religious man and we believe you had a meaningful conversation about that, which helped lead him to knowing everything was OK. Our family can't thank you enough. He is now in Heaven with our grandma/mom resting peacefully. Thank you so much for your impact and loving care!
