Lisa worked nonstop with my mother in order to provide her with exceptional care.
My mother was in extremely critical condition, but Lisa continued to provide constant loving care for my mother. She treated her with love and dignity and did not take a break. She was there for my aunt and me during this extremely difficult time and went above and beyond to ensure everyone was cared for.
She consistently checked in on family and explained what we were seeing with all of the machines hooked to my mother. She was so calm but realistic and acted as a true compassionate professional. I will be forever grateful for Lisa’s true compassion and dedication and will never forget how she treated my mother in her last hours of her life.
We were so lucky to have my mother transported to Westchester Medical Center, but even luckier to have had Lisa assigned to my mom. I could not have asked for a better experience, thanks to Lisa.
