As first time parents, my wife and I couldn’t have asked for better care than we got from Lisa Palm. Besides excellent care she provided to our baby, she showed a lot of patience and care for us. It was very calming to see the love and care she gave our son and furthermore she spent a lot of time talking with us about our situation, life with kids, parenting and anything else to help us understand and feel good about what our son was going through. From patient to parent we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

On the day of discharge, Lisa Palm became the exclamation mark to my son’s discharge from the hospital. She would listen, empathize and ensure that while remaining healthy, she would see that my son’s departure would be a smooth transition. She comforted him and explained very thoroughly to my son exactly what recovery would look like on the home front. The best part was when she would help teach my son how to swallow pills by placing them into a piece of sliced banana. “Great Idea!” said my son.
