Lisa Parker 2022, RN

Lisa strives to meet the needs of her team and our patients, and even makes herself available to staff and family when she is not working. Recently we had a family in the ED needing guidance and though it was a weekend and Lisa was not on-call, she answered and assisted. Lisa is caring and compassionate to her patients, always looking out for what is in their best interests.

A particular situation with a young patient needing mental health care took more than ten hours of diligent, caring attention and Lisa stayed well past 8 pm to ensure the patient was transferred and placed where her needs could be met. Lisa’s kindness and knowledge along with her humble attitude make her a blessing.
