For the two nights, Lisa was my shift nurse; she checked in on me very regularly and was extremely thorough in addressing my questions. Her high level of patience, as I put many demands on her all night, made me feel I was truly the focus of her attention and time. At no point did I feel I should "sit down and shut up".
