Ms. Pullens is always on top of everything even to the minute details. Ms. Pullens makes sure that everything is in order for our son's knee surgery. She thinks of everything even the ones we haven't thought of yet. She always answers our questions either verbally or via e-mail in a very timely manner-ALWAYS! Ms. Pullens is very efficient she is really and excellent asset to this hospital.
