Patient and daughter wanted to recognize Lisa for going above and beyond in the care given to the Patient. The daughter reported that she could tell it was an exceptionally busy day, but Lisa never made them feel that they weren't important or that she was too busy to take the time to answer Patient's questions and concerns as well as the daughter's.
