Lisa was attentive, compassionate, professional, efficient, and kind. When the situation got away from me, she took control and advocated for me. She went above and beyond to put me at ease and making sure I got the care I needed, even if it meant standing up to the doctor. She knew I was going to be nervous about everything that had happened and chose to stay after her shift to get me through my C-section. I am incredibly grateful to her. I spoke with management about my experience and was even more impressed to find out that Lisa and the other nurses had spoken to management on my behalf about everything that happened.
