As a first time patient, often the process can be uncertain, scary, and confusing. For us, this process has been completely overwhelming with positive emotion, joy, and love- also expected. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we met Lisa in the delivery room, the uncertainty lingered. As soon as we were in the care of this nurse, we felt warmth and expertise.
