I have a lot of medical issues that take a lot of time, kindness, and patience. Lisa went above and beyond that! She always took the time to explain everything to me, answer the million and 1 questions that I would ask her. And did it all with a smile on her face. She never made me feel rushed and if there was anything that we were unsure about she called the doctor to clarify regardless of what time it was. I really felt like she was my advocate while being here in the hospital and I can't even begin to describe how wonderful it is to feel like my only job was to rest! She is exactly the kind of nurse that hospitals need now more than ever, and I truly hope that HRH realizes what an amazing person, nurse, and asset she is to your team! I couldn't have asked for any more.
