...Lisa Rodriguez was attentive to the family's concerns and was an active listener. She went out of her way to answer all questions which helped alleviate concerns from family members who were "long distance." Her care of my father was totally professional yet friendly. She is exactly the kind of quiet professional I would want to care for me if I ever had to be in the hospital.

I would like to note that my dad's most recent hospital stay was over the Thanksgiving holiday. I am so grateful Ms. Rodriguez was on duty. She had cared for my dad on his previous stay and it was comforting to have a kinda familiar face assisting us on this day.
