As our unit has changed over the past few months, Lisa has handled and even embraced the changes. She has volunteered to take on more responsibilities and has acted as a role model for nurses who are struggling with these changes. Lisa demonstrates professionalism and empathy and functions wonderfully in a nurse expert role. Our floor is a better place because of her.
