Lisa Rose, RN

Lisa has been the only nurse working in Community Care’s Brooklyn Maternal-Child Health Program for several years. The agency has never received a complaint regarding Lisa's behavior or any unsafe practices. She services a very high-risk population of patients with comorbidities along with Postpartum care. Lisa is accountable for her actions and follows up appropriately when necessary.
