... This past weekend I was emergently called to an operating room to see a patient who was hypotensive after a minor orthopedic procedure. The situation was confusing and as I began to assess and stabilize the patient, Lisa Saito was very helpful. The patient needed a central venous access and an arterial line, and I had the impression that Lisa had ESP; she anticipated and had ready everything needed before I even asked for it, thus greatly facilitating the patient's treatment. We eventually moved him to the ICU and he has done well with no complications after a potentially fatal experience.

Lisa's intelligence, attitude and meticulous attention to detail made a big difference in this patient's outcome. She is a superb nurse.
