I have had the unpleasantness of undergoing bilateral TKA with utter pleasantness, kindness, and encouragement from Lisa. Truly, she is remarkable and dedicated to excellence in the nursing profession. She has been with me both nights of my stay. Every three hours she was in medicating me, helping me out of bed, encouraging my every tiny success. She made me feel safe.
