Lisa was singled out by two patients. One for taking extra time with her and for working with her, making her feel that she mattered (which for a psych patient is extremely important) and for taking the initiative to work with the patient to identify the best way for the patient to take her medications. The other patient said Lisa's level care and concern was more than expected.
