My wife was having cardiac issues, and we had a full day of tests in the ER. During the tests, we were moved to multiple rooms. There were several times when the transport people left me behind or told me to go wait somewhere else. Lisa came and found me and even figured out my cell number and called me so I could be with my wife during the tests.

Lisa is kind, sweet, and patient. She explains things in a calm manner that makes you feel more at ease. It is stressful, intense, and scary when your wife, your mate, your best friend has a serious problem. Lisa took care of her, took care of me, and took care of us. She is wonderful, and she made the experience significantly easier on both of us. Someone should give her an atta-girl, a day off, a raise, and buy her a pony.
