Lisa was a dream of a nurse. She was very pleasant and attentive to my needs as a patient while I was here. She stayed and talked with me when I needed a friend and was more than a nurse when I was confused about protocols and procedures, always explaining in detail to me the current status and what to expect next. She did all this with a smile every time. I have been in many hospitals and I cannot remember ever being treated with such professional compassion at any other facility or by any other nurse!
