Lisa is such a gentle spirit. She has the best bedside manner and is so soothing and comforting. She helped to take care of a patient who wasn't doing well and would eventually pass away but the care and compassion she gave were outstanding. She was respectful of his boundaries but pushed him when needed. She gave him rest and worked with his supportive care schedule but also made him rise and shine when he wanted to just sleep. She was so sensitive to his needs and supportive of his goals. She collaborated with us to get things she knew he would benefit from and implemented them. She works well within her scope of practice and isn't afraid to advocate for her patients.
