lisa sylvester, RN, BSN

Lisa is an all-around excellent nurse. She is very attentive to her tiny patients. She has excellent assessment skills and her charting is amazing. She collaborates with social work, breastfeeding educators, respiratory therapists and the medical team to give the best care to her patients that can be given. She is very attentive to the needs of the family members who visit during the times she is at the bedside. She is very organized and gets her work done. You do not hear her complain about her assignments, and very recently she volunteered to work on the night shift to help because they were short staffed. She is a reliable staff member; she will pitch in to help cover assignments if we have an unexpected admission, or if our transport nurse has to leave. Lisa Sylvester is an extraordinary nurse.
