We had a rocky start to our stay, this in addition to my wife already being nervous as she was approaching her 42nd week of pregnancy and still was not dilated. Lisa sensed something was not right and rather than dismiss it, she asked what was wrong. We could tell she was listening to us and genuinely cared about what we were saying. Many of the things we spoke about were out of our control to change. However the things that she was able to fix were promptly addressed. Because my wife was being induced and was in labor for a few days it was difficult for her to move around. Lisa arranged for us to be moved to a different room with windows so my wife could have more space and natural light. This made my wife feel less trapped and more comfortable.
