I do not know where Lisa gets her patience and incredibly caring nature. I have never seen Lisa get "shaken" under pressure or talk to anyone in anything less than a professional, sweet, and patient tone. She sets me up for success. She makes me think ahead and shows me the way. I am still able to go to her and she will make sure I am shown, share her time, continue to help teach me in such a way that will forever exceed my thinking. Providence is so lucky to have her caring for our patients and newly hired RN's like me.
