Lisa was extremely attentive to all patient and family needs. When my aunt's condition deteriorated, she was involved enough to notice the signs. She shifted to compassionate care and planning for my aunt. I am very grateful for how attentive and aware she was as well as her sensitivity in talking with family and her initiative in getting their concerns addressed.
