I have been in the hospital since Friday, it is now Sunday. Lisa has been pleasant and reassuring and has worked with incredible energy to meet all of my needs. She has also been emotionally supportive to me and my husband. She advocated for me to the doctor, making sure he wrote for essential medications. She has made my stay a very good experience.
