Lisa is one of the best nurses I have ever had the privilege of working with. She provides excellent care to her patients and their families. She communicates well with all members of the healthcare team and treats everyone with courtesy. She is a wonderful teacher/mentor/preceptor, and sets a good example for her peers by following evidence-based practice.
Lisa is well-respected in her role as a charge nurse. She is calm under stressful situations—including Joint Commission audits! She was so impressive that the surveyors called her a "gold standard" nurse.
