I am a personal care aide (CNA) for an elderly couple's wife. She’s recently been in and out of the hospital, in CCU. The family has been very stressed, worried, and scared. Especially the husband. It’s been very hard for him. Lisa picked up on it so quickly. She clearly showed how much she cared for the wife and was very attentive to her condition, repeatedly checking on her and making sure we both had everything we needed during the stay in the CCU. She clearly and patiently explained things to the family if they had any questions. Always having a positive attitude just gave them the security and comfort of knowing she was in good hands and well taken care of overall. She was so welcoming when we would come in to visit and always had a smile. She’s the nurse I strive to be one day.
