Lisa has been employed with MRMC for 24 years. In that time, she has served in a variety of roles including staff nurse, charge nurse, interim director, and director of the acute and critical care units. Lisa is a natural leader. Her clinical expertise and caring nature have yielded intense respect from coworkers, patients, and hospital leadership. She is well-known among physicians as a nurse that can be trusted with difficult and challenging situations. All staff look to Lisa as a valuable resource and mentor. She collaborates effectively with other disciplines on behalf of the patient. As ACU/CCU director, Lisa ensures high quality and safe, patient-centered care is provided to our patients.
