I came to the hospital for a high blood pressure check and was admitted to induce my third daughter. Lisa was assigned to me during the day and was my labor and delivery nurse. I can't say enough about the high level of kindness, attention to detail, and overall excellent care I received from her. There is a level of anxiety and fear that goes along with childbirth. Lisa was always smiling, calm, and genuinely kind which transferred into a calming environment for me and my husband. Before she would leave my room, she always told me the next step in the plan and always delivered that next step on time and according to plan.
During the entire shift, I felt like Lisa was very organized and experienced and could handle any upcoming or unforeseen step with grace and ease. Lisa is an impeccable nurse and I feel very lucky and blessed to have had her as my caregiver during the labor and delivery of my third child. She will forever be in my memory as an incredibly kind person who has truly found her calling in life. I hope she is recognized for her patience, kindness, and the many other talents that make her the wonderful nurse that many people undoubtedly see every day.
