Lisandra was my nurse through the seven days of stem cell collection. This was a very arduous experience for me. She was professional, capable, very caring and knowledgeable in terms of the stem cell collection process. She always greeted me with an early morning smile and a happy disposition. We laughed together, sang together and stayed together for seven long days. She even showed up an hour before her shift started to make sure the stem cell equipment was set up and ready to go when it arrived. She loves caring for and treating patients and it shows. She made me much more relaxed during a hard time for me. She is a keeper and represents Baptist Health well.
