Lisangela was very thorough and efficient. She explained everything in a manner that we could easily understand. She explained everything to us step by step. We were at the end of the day - she had a 12-hour day - and yet she made sure that we were comfortable and understood everything from the beginning to the end. We are lucky to have nurses like her!
