There is so much I can say about Lissette and still wouldn't be able to mention all the great things she has done for 2 East. I will say she's an outstanding hard working employee. I've seen Lissette help families and patients in their time of need rather than just sitting in the room making sure the patient knows someone cares, or even giving encouraging words to the patient/family. She always makes sure their stay is a stay to remember. I've seen her work under pressure and not fold at all. I've seen her miss numerous lunches to make sure her patients have the quality of care they deserve. The way Lissette presents herself and does her job to the best of her ability gives me the strength to know that I can do anything if I put my mind to it. As an employee I've watched Lissette grow and strive for perfection on the job every day. There's never a dull moment with her whether she's interacting with staff or patients.

If you just look at her work ethic and history you would see how dedicated she is to this job. We need more nurses like her all around the world. I hope you consider Lissette Nunez for the DAISY Award for she's an outstanding co worker and a darn GREAT nurse!
