Livia was attentive to all of my mother’s needs, used a professional tone, and was always responsive. Additionally, she was professional at all times with the other staff. Upon discharge, Livia provided me and my mom with the necessary paperwork went over the instructions and highlighted immediate next steps, which included picking up the medication. However, when we went to pick up the medication, they were told it was not ordered. So, the family went back to the hospital and met with Livia, and shared the incident. Livia was immediately responsive, called the doctor, located the physical address of the local pharmacy, and ensured that this incident was resolved. Her attention to detail and going the extra mile were greatly appreciated. Livia waited to ensure the pharmacy received the prescription before the family left!
