Lizbeth Villarreal, RN

I want to be sure more than just the 12th floor knows how great she is. She is smart, a hard worker, great with time management, and she can think critically. She knows everything about her patients and most of what’s going on with everyone else’s patients, too. She’s an advocate for patients, family members, and the team. She volunteers for extra shifts, even forfeited a planned PTO day once because she was back from a vacation early and decided she missed working. I’ve tried to persuade her to take my weekend charge nurse position because I know she would be great. I just wanted to pass this along so you can add her to your draft board for big things!
