Lizette greeted me with a warm smile, held the door open, and said a very nice "Hello, how are you today?" She led me to the examination room and explained to me how my heart monitor works and where and how it is placed. She expertly installed the device, showed me how to turn it on and what I do if I have a problem, She was polite, very professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and made sure I knew what to do if i had a problem. She provided me with the supplies if I had to reattach the device. Kaiser is very lucky to have such a wonderful nurse. Her excellent care should not be overlooked.
