Lizy was with me like an angel guarding me throughout my heart attack journey during my hospitalization - from admission time till I got discharged. During the time I got admitted, I was in a critical situation. Later that night after my angiogram, I came to know from my wife about sister Lizy, that she was very helpful at that time and even until now. After I got discharged from the hospital, I got follow-up calls from her, asking about my health condition and this continued to date. She really is doing an extraordinary job. I would rather say her service instead of a job. I did not experience such fervid touching care that also throughout my hospitalization and still it continues. This was not only felt by me, even my wife felt her caring towards us. She always makes sure all is understood by us, what is the next plan of care, and what we should and should not do to achieve optimal health. She explained that what happened to me was an unexpected situation, where I had undergone Angiogram for my heath attack treatment. I was not really aware of why this happened to me but she explained things very well. She advised me on what should I do and what I shouldn't. During my recovery period, although the Doctors explained to me and to my wife everything, it is worth the mention that sister Lizy made several visits to meet us to reinforce what the doctor has explained. She is very commendable and her dedication and passion for her service are well appreciated.

Moreover, I was struggling to adjust my follow-up check-ups due to my work schedule that sometimes I could not make it on time. But during the follow-up call from sister Lizy, I mentioned this issue and in no time, she arranged to change the appointment date and time at my convenience. When I come to the hospital cardiology clinic, I can see that she has a very good rapport with her colleagues, even though they are of different nationalities.

Overall, Lizy made my life easier and stress-free. Sister Lizy George is a great asset to Tawam organisation and I hope many patients like me will get such caring service as I experienced under her care. I am proud to nominate sister Lizy George for this award as she is very deserving of such recognition.
